Job Purpose

The role of Head Organization Capability and Talent is a key enabler in the transformation of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia business. This role closely partners with business leaders in the design and implementation of Leadership and Technical capabilities, Organizational Development programs, Talent Management programs, Employer Branding, Culture and Engagement and Graduate Trainee Program to provide the right talent with the right capabilities to the business for a high performing organization.

 Key Accountabilities

  1. Collaborate with Leaders across functions to design, develop and sustain Leadership and technical development programs for Leadership Academy across levels and Technical Academy for each function making it the best in class in Indonesia and within Coca-Cola system
  2. Expert on Organizational development for design and implementation of change strategy and management; OD interventions, competency/role profile creation; organization culture and process improvements
  3. Develop Leadership and Talent pipeline through Talent management and Succession planning for leadership roles and critical positions
  4. Program Manager for Graduation Trainee Program to prepare future leaders for the company
  5. Build an effective Performance Management system with development plans
  6. Lead the Culture and Engagement and Employer Brand programs
  7. Keep abreast with HR/OD trends by benchmarking and building networks with professionals in other companies with world class practices
  8. Lead and develop team of 30 members with direct reporting of 4 Managers through effective target setting, reviews and coaching and delivering on  committed plan

 Key Skills

  1. Deep OD/HR Knowledge and expertise in running and scaling up Learning and Development programs both for Leadership and Technical capabilities and for Talent management
  2. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (oral and written, Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  3. Strong Customer Orientation with Communication & Influencing skills to deliver results
  4. Has a financial acumen with strong analytical and Project Management skills
  5. Takes initiative and ownership with a straight forward and open approach and takes decisions and actions that ensure success today and tomorrow

  Qualifications & Experience

  1. Holds a minimum of University degree from Psychology/Social Science/Management/ Business from reputable university
  2. Has a minimum of 10 years experiences in related areas
